HANDSHAKE 6 exhibition at WHIRINAKI WHARE TAONGA, Upper Hutt, Wellington, NZ
Saturday 21 May – Sunday 24 July, 2022
‘Jewellery Glimmer’ is how jewellery is in conversation with many of their surroundings.
The art works in this exhibition are made from transformed materials, not often seen in jewellery. The HANDSHAKE 6 Jewellery Glimmer features work developed by 12 New Zealand artists over the last two years with the feedback of expert mentors. GLIMMER exhibition at Whirinaki is a precursor for HS6 main exhibition at NorthArt, Auckland (30 Aug – 8 Oct 2022).
